Keeping cats out
Take a trip to the big island of Hawaii. Wow! Talk about a cat problem!
FWIW, I agree that feral cats, dogs, etc that come on my property and disturb my belongs or animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks) are fair game for .223 practice. That's if the two Great Pyrenees don't eat them first (that includes stray dogs).
If it's a pet, be it a cat or dog or aardvark, train it to stay on your property and you won't have to worry about it being a meal for my GPs or target practice for me.
