One of the most valuable pieces of infomation I get off this forum is reading how well vendors service their customers. This helps me to determine which vendors to use for ordering parts. I want to give a testimonial for Expedition One.

I ordered a Expedition One rear bumper and tire carrier a while back through Dave at Northridge. When installing the bumper on my new Jeep, one of the L-brackets that attach the bumper to the frame rail stripped out. I decided to call Expedition One and see if I could get a replacement L-bracket. They answerd the phone right away, were very pleasant on the phone, and are shipping me out a replacement L-bracket priority mail (at no cost to me) so that I will have it by this weekend for my install. Now that is good customer service.
