Default Kudos to Quadratec

It seems like in this day an age, it is difficult to find a vendor that has top notch customer service. I recall a thread I started a while back on a different forum asking if it was just me or is the quality and customer service going down while the price is going up on pretty much everything... It seemed to be the consensus.

Well, not today! It is great to know that there are still great companies out there that DO care about taking care of the customer.

Big thanks goes out to Quadratec and Jim Buckley.

I bought something that I partially installed, had an issue with it, didn't like it, and asked if I could return it. Well, he suggested a different product that would be more of what I was looking for in the first place and gave me a great deal on it.

Thanks again Jim, I got them today and you were exactly right. EXACTLY what I needed!!!!

ASTAR thanks for sharing your experience!

So many times we're eager to share the bad experiences due to our frustrations, and yet we neglect to tell others about the good ones.

Customer service has really become a lost art these days. Its always refreshing to hear about companies when their employees put the customer back in customer service.

I have never had to deal directly with Quadratec's customer service, but I can say that they have always shipped my orders out fast and accurately. It is reassuring to hear that they are top notice all the way around.

Thanks Quadratec

Now i'm curious.... What was it?!

PS: I had read quite a few threads on how bad Quadratec's inventory was. I made an order last week, expecting the dreaded back order message that everybody seems to get. instead my package showed up 2 days later. Not bad! No issues from me either at this point.

I just had my first experience with em and was very pleased... i ordered the teraflex cb mount which was back ordered and they sent me the one for older model jeeps... called em that morning and had my new mount in my hands the very next day! *prolly helps that i live an hour and a half from where they ship outta pa * as a bonus they told me just to hang on to the old jeep mount... guess i can use it as an anchor or something

Getting ready to order the Olympic Reversa bars from them today or tomorrow. Glad to know they have good CS in case I have any issues.

I had ordered a YJ top from them... It did not fit the frame. My son and I pulled as hard as we could and we were still 3 inches short of getting it around the rear support frame. I called quadratec and they did a recall and sent a new one out the same day. The new one came in and fit perfectly! They were great!

Ditto:

I have ordered all my goodies from Quadratec...very cordial and professional on the phone. The order status link on the website tells EXACTLY what stage your order is at (billed, backorder, shipping, etc.). And their inventory volume is MOST impressive.
