I believe, depending on your state's law, you must submit receipts for those mods and make that part of your demand...now, will you get it...who knows? As someone else has already said, it is a pain in the a$$ and you will spend a year plus with trying to settle and then interrogatories and discovery and other pre-trial work and ultimately a trial...if it really gets that far and then of course it is in the courts hands and who knows what you will get!?
