Better wash them suckers off QUICK!!! Those little bugs will destroy paint!!!

How are those tires in the winter, or do you change them off?

We're just about to get a platform truck within the year. Can't wait to see that puppy. As for quints, we just recieved 2 new quints for a grand total of 7.

By the way, you have a beautifull family! I thought I was lucky to have a girl but you have 2.
OK i see now that you wear the hat. lol. Are yall gonna switch to those hats? We love em.
Yeah those girls are my life. They are five and three but they think that they are25 and 23.

i changed them out for the stock Rubi tires for the winter, but i did install them for a wheeling trip a few weeks ago and i left them on for about a week and a half. i was actually really impressed with them on the snow and ice, if it wasn't for the fact that i get better mileage with the stock tires i wouldn't have re-installed them. there is a lot of siping in the Nitto Mud Grapplers and i run them at 25 psi on the street and 14 psi on the trail ( my stock are at 32 psi ). they are good tires IMO.

No quints here in Shreveport. We looked into them years ago but our union had it shot down. They said that it was a personel issue. Getting rid of the ladder trucks. If we were running quints out of one station then there would be no reason for trucks. Sounds stup I know. lol
thats true though....quints require much less staffing so some departments try to switch to em in order to save some dough...in all reality they are quite effective if the guys use em right.....old truckies used to have issues with though....first arriving would be assigned engine, second truck etc so sometimes youd have a quint staging just waiting so they could be assigned truck....obv this didnt happen alot but it could be a potential problem
