Default Leveling kit or lights?

I'm in a dilemma guys. A 1.5 Tera flex leveling kit, or some type of light mod. (The lights would either be new headlights or fogs)
I'm not big into wheeling, just into cruising near the beach or mudding. (Hence the puny 1.5)
Id like to hear everyone's opinion, but remember guys, I'm on a college budget. Price is key!!!

I did the leveling kit before any lights, and was glad I did.

Leveling kit! Can be had for cheap used from a forum member. If you are on a cheap budget...like me I got everything on my rig slightly used. Used TF leveling kit for $100. New goes for around $150.

In my opinion, lights are a waste of money and would be at the very very bottom of my list. Sure, LED lights look cool and obviously much brighter, but are they really needed? No. Adjust the angle of stock headlights after a lift/ tires and they do their job.

But that's just me and my mindset, to each their own. I still laugh at people with $1000 light bars that never have been night wheeling tho lol

I'd go for the leveling kit before the lights

Yeah, just like kh202 said lights are crazy expensive. After adding my springs and leveling kit I used Project-JK write up for light adjustment. Very pleased now.
