So, I finally got fed up w/ quadratec today about the full traction premium 3" lift. The 1st time I called quadratec today, the guy told me he did not know the status of my order and would call me back, bla, bla, bla, I finally blew my lid and demanded to speak to a general sales manager. After waiting 30 min on hold for this guy (and only speaking to a voicemail), I hung up and called full traction, I spoke w/ Patrick (VERY HELPFUL!!!) I presented him my situation and he started investigating for me, come to find out quadratec never placed my order w/ fulltraction, so i have been in limbo for 3 f@#%ing months. Well to make a long story short, I was pi$$ed, and called QUADRATEC BACK AGAIN, and finally got to speak to someone besides a customer service rep, and need less to say I got a tracking number today. So with all this be very careful b4 you place an order w/ quadratec, cause they might just forget about you for 3 months like they did w/ me, just my $.02

I have ordered 3 items from Quadratec so far. One of the items (out of 2) from the first order was received 2 days after the order. My second order was again received 2 days after the order. Although I still have not received the back-ordered item (bestop bikini top ordered 2-3 weeks ago) I would not say I have had bad service yet.

I guess I should probably call to see what is going on, especially after hearing your story....

In fairness, it's not as if you waited three months because they "forgot" to place your order -- you waited three months because FT just got around to shipping the ultimate lifts this week.

I agree though, it sounds a little sketch.

Default So far, Quadratec has been great!

I have ordered a couple of things from Quadratec, but I always check to make sure they have the item in stock. I avoid back-ordered parts since the suppliers are usually the slow ones. I can't bash Quadratec for the slow roll-out of JK accessories.

Jangle, your signature says 4x2???

I ordered from Quadratec, a Brute Force CAI, a spare tire cover, numerous Jeep hats, wiring harness , wheel locks , tow hitch and the only two items that were on BO where delivered withing the time specified by the CSR....weird how some people just have a bad experience and instead of keeping track of their order by calling them within a acceptable period of time and making sure that they're not forgotten they bash the place were they happen to order their stuff...trust me I work in a Service Center for elevator parts and the customer service reps that should be strong line of defense are the weakest link.... , but that doesn't mean that my CO sucks, actually is a great place to work.....
