Default Loose, and noisy

So yesterday, all of a sudden, something became very loose and noisy on my jeep. It seems to be coming from the drivers side front corner. I have no idea what it could be. When I look underneath, nothing seems damaged or out of place. The only thing I've done differently before this problem started was drive through my front yard in 4x4 low to get to a wood pile. The problem only occurs when I go over bumps, and rarely when I turn. I tried to be as descriptive as possible, any helps or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

probably your door striker. Many start making noise. Sounds like a thud on every bump. Depending on the bump, a few thuds. Turns? Body flexes then thud. You can adjust the striker to resolve this..

Your sway bar link may be loose. Mine was popping loud when I still had the stock links on, especially over speed bumps and if I rocked it manually it would pop from time to time.
