Put the sunrider part back for first time with the new jeep. it just folded back so nice! didn't have the material over rear seats that needed to be folded under like in the 2011.

Maybe I'll keep this and the Trektop NX???

Same part number when I was looking for one for my '12, so I bought one off an '11.

well, it must have just been a little windy that day, cause yesterday when I put it back, it acted just like my 11 soft top.

You know how when you fold just the sunrider top back, you have to stop it mid way and pull the top material toward the back, otherwise you get the drooping over the rear seats, and then the top flutters in the wind.

Well, it was windy the other day so I guess that headwind help when I was putting it back. :( Here I thought mopar fixed something. LOL

Maybe I'll just drive really slow and then unhook the front and let the wind do it for me. I don't think the plastic parts would like that though.

Just the thread I have been looking for. Can you have the sun rider open, along with the side and back windows out at the same time?

Thanks

Yes, the sunrider portion is locked in at the hinge on top of the door surrounds, right between the front and rear door (for 2door jeep, I assume same spot)

But that will keep the top up safari style (no side or rear windows)

I don't find having to pull the fabric back as I fold the top down that big if a hassle.
