Default Lucky me!

I was searchin around a local 4x4 club and found:

5- 33" Procomp Xtreme Mud-Terrains, 12.5 wide
5 15" Procomp series 97 Wheels 5x5 bolt pattern 3.75" backspacing
2.5" TeraFlex Budget boost with shocks

All for $1500 Canadian.

I will ask my mom if she can buy these, because she really badly wants a lift, and I think this is a good deal, and its very close to us, so we can pick em up.

AND the tires and wheels are already mounted! Mabye tommorow, we can go pick em up, and ill show you lots of pics.

Hey, I just went through the tire and wheel buying proccess on my Rubbi, (which comes with 17s) 16' wheels will fit, but 15s will not clear the brake calipers, I'm not sure if the X or Sahara (which ever your have) have smaller brakes, but be sure to test fit the wheels before you guys plunk down hard earned cash on something you may not be able to use.

Lots of people have been running 15"s. Im pretty sure they will fit.

If not theres always wheel spacers.

Yes, you could run wheel spacers if you wanted to, I myself am not a fan of them, but they are ok short term, but remeber they are acting as a fulcrum, and put preload on your wheel bearings leading to premature wear.

Default 15's should fit

Take it from someone who just went through this ordeal...the 15's should fit with the 3.75" of backspace. I attempted the 15's with 5" of backspace and the centerline drop of the rim hit the brake caliper (Wrangler X) and didn't work. However, with the 3.75" of backspace, you get an extra 1.25" of space before you hit the centerline drop on that rim. That should be plenty of room. From what I have read on this forum, there are plenty of people running the 15 X 8's with anywhere from 4"-4.75" of backspace on their JK's. I know it sounds backwards, but 3.75" actually gives you more room. Good luck.

Oh, and ditto on the spacers, I would stay away from them. In some cases, it will void warranties and insurance claims in the event of mechanical failure. In addition, some tire shops will not work on vehicles that have spacers.

i think you'll be alright with the BS on the wheels. bring the rig over and check though, to be sure.

and there is nothing wrong with wheel spacers.
