I don't see why you couldn't. I wouldn't put them in the dryer though.

I machine wash all of my caving gear which is generally made of similar types of materials: nylon, velcro, snaps, etc. All of it comes out just fine. I agree about not putting it in the dryer though, just to be safe, but chances are that they would be fine.

How friggin big is your washing machine???

i would think it banging around in there would really trash the fenders if not knock them completly off, and the tail lights? forget it.

I did it last summer. It turned out...ok for the most part. That really minor foam padding they have underneath came apart in many places. Also I air dried it. I wasnt sure after that padding came apart so much if it could handle being tumbled around in the dryer.
