Has anyone had there MAX Care Service contract Cancelled? Did you fight it? Did you Win?

Short version. I lifted my Vehicle. 10 years of repairs later and 5 different service Mangers from three different dealerships saying that it was Ok to be repaired under the contract. One day , they decide that since I lifted my vehicle my contract was voided. the whole contract. Electronics, electrical, cooling, everything. NOT just the things affected by the lift. Go figure.

They need to show you in the fine print of the contract language why they voided it. Don't just take their word for it. You should elevate this to a higher level.

^^^^ This. They have to prove that the lift caused the damage or malfunction of whatever your are trying to get repaired.
