Called jeep about the sway control, turns out its simply part of the TCS, it senses "out of control" and removes power or adds brakes to individual wheels as needed to "straighten" the drive line.

Seems this can be activated with or without a trailer (no confirmation from jeep).

Was told the Rubi has this with or w/out receiver/wiring harness, just software included.
