Well what they told me , and not sure how true, is with a special edition that's already purchased you immediately move to the front on the line for builds. The general manager said they have been averaging between 3-4 weeks on special editions. Now they are a very large dealer so who knows. This is the first vehicle I've ever had built. Even my IE 392 I bought off the showroom.

Leather is on restriction....so who knows how long it will take. I was hoping for 5 weeks...but I'm guessing 7 to 8 weeks.

The tires are even supposed to have a Kevlar liner too, how do you like those apples? Go to the Jeep website (American website duh) and they have details.
Still not diggin it at all.

Actually, few people know it because Jeep has done an AWFUL job on information for the 2013's this year.

For instance...did you know that the Freedom Edition has returned for 2013? Yes...it is available to order RIGHT NOW. AND....that it is now available in Billet and Commando Green (as well as Deep Cherry, White, and Black). AND.....that it will come with partial LEATHER seats? AND...that it will come with an option for heated seats? AND...(these two are only partially confirmed).....that if you order the heated seats it will come with the 115v outlet? AND that it NOW comes with Rubi Rock rails instead of Sahara side steps (but those are an option).
Cool...Thanks for the info on the Freedom Edition...that's awesome! I saw the info on the MOAB on Jeep's website and I am still really disappointed in those damn tires...really 245/75/R17 Goodyear Silent Armor. Geez, at least give me the option for a set of Duratracs.
