I do not plan any lift. One shot shows the coverage of the skid plate from the front, goes well back of the disco motor. CRW
Please keep us updated on the height and ride/handling after installing the springs. I would like to go this route rather than install a lift (for now anyways) but I want to be sure that they can handle the weight of the bumpers and winch, plus some shrockworks sliders and some additional skids. Are you planning on installing new shocks as well? Why or why not?

How is the clearance with the Mopar skid plate? I had seen in a comment in a different thread that large tires would rub the mopar skid plate lke they rub the stock plastic one. I think the comment was speculation and not based on any experience with the Mopar skid plate. So what do ya think?

Default Front coils from Mopar not ready

[QUOTE=cab76;30293]Looks great! This is pretty much the exact set up I'm looking to run (even same color JK!). I am debating whether to just go with a 2-inch lift with heavy duty shocks/springs or try to find heavy duty shocks/springs with no lift. Where did you find your springs? What brand are they? Are you running a lift?

Just been notified by DCX that "The information that I gathered is that currently a set of OEM coil springs to compensate for the winch have not been released, nor could they make any recommendations since it would be considered a modification."

They said they would let me know when they are available. Who knows?

That's funny. Sounds to me like they shouldn't be recommending that people pay $1,000 for their heavy duty Mopar bumpers!
