Default MOPAR inspection of soft top

So my soft top is tearing along the edges of the fabric and the plastic in numerous locations. My dealer has taken no responsibility for the top and placed all responsibility on MOPAR. A rep from Chrysler is comming on Thursday to look at it. Any advice? I have had 5 wranglers, all with factory soft tops and none of them have shown wear like this. Granted this is my first 4 door soft top, but still. Any help would be great. I am planning on bring pictures of all the wranglers I have owned to prove my degree of brand loyalty.

Thanks!

I'm on Jeep Wrangler #7. With me, the soft top usually lasts about 5 years. At that point it has a few holes, is faded and there is stitching pulling out in places. The plastic rail pieces are twisted and sometimes bow and leave gaps.

07 JKs are about 4 years old now. getting close.
