Default Mud Cause Front axle to Bend

Today at the dealership, I pointed out that the front axle was out spec. The camber on both front wheels is -0.7. Granted my jeep is driven offroad a lot, but it is stock and only has 26k miles on it. There explanation was that the weight of the mud overtime caused this to happen.

I am thinking BS, what is your opinion?

Considering that this jeep has been in the dealership for 19 times and in the shop close to 80 days over 15 months, I think I might have a LEMON.

You had a lemon back at 4 trips, HOLY CRAP, what has it been in for? I bet the dealer is trying to blame crap on you so as to limit your chance of lemon law, I'd stop thinking about lemon and contact a lawyer

no freakin way MUD caused axle to bend, up the engine weighs more then mud

So far I have had it to the dealer ship for the following:
Door Latches x 2
ECM (replaced)
Shifter Cable
Hard Top Cracking x 2
ECM reprogramed x 2
Ball Joint
Wheel Bearings: Once for LT and RT
Windshield header whistle
Rear Locker Solenoid: which wasn't fix properly
RR speed sensor
Wiring Harness on Engine
2 Oxygen Sensors x 3
Death Wobble (steering stabilizer)
Steering intermediate shaft

I am sure I am missing a few things

You must be driving through epoxy instead of mud. I'm kind of wondering if Chrysler c/o Washington D.C is covering anything in regards to warranties right now. The dealerships are probably being told by the powers that be to do what the gov't has been doing for decades. Won't too much smoke up our a$$es cause cancer after a while?

sounds like you are getting spoon fed a pile of poo.... no way mud can cause an axle to bend...

with that list of problems, i say you may have a Lemon Law Case

Would anyone happend to know what the pay load capacity is for a Jk front axle? I know the pay load for the jeep is 1200lbs. with equates to about 11 ft^3 of mud.

only way i can see to blame mud on this is dragging your axle through the mud , but weight of mud causing it dont think so..

Thats what I thought, what was funny is when I asked the service manager to give me a number on how much mud he thought caused this, I told him either tell me the weight or volume of mud we were talking about cause just saying mud is not detailed enough.
