Well today in the broad daylight in a very busy area of the city I work in my jeep was broken into. I really can't say broken into because the front doors & top was off. My console was ripped off ( it's gone ) and my bestop under seat safe was pryed open. Also one of my windshield lights were busted off.

That really sucks. Are we to assume the windshield lights were plastic housings? Can you show pics of the drawer to see if there is some way we can all avoid the same scenario.

Hopefully your insurance will help cover the loss.

This smacks of kids wanting to vandalize something and the doors off gave them courage to be little pricks. Makes me angry and its not even my jeep.

 

Sorry to hear this. People some times Good to know for reference the bestop under seat storage can be easily broken into. I have Tuffy's security full center console. Suppose to be pry proof, very stout and more space/taller arm rest over the oe console.

 

I will post pics of the bestop. I wonder how much an oem console is because I would rather have the full tuffy. Also my gorilla wheel key is missing (all my lugs are locking)

I work for corporate Verizon at a retail store at a very busy intersection in Springfield, mo ( home of bass pro) a girl at a sandwich shop saw a couple on a motorcycle case my jeep and then he put a mask on an broke my shit. She didnt call the cops..... I wanted to slap her

Damn I am in springfield. That sucks! I can't believe nobody called the cops. Did they get anything that made doing all the damage worth it? And or do you have a enemy? For just the damages caused?

 

Made off with my new Oakleys, checks ( closed the account) left faceplate for my kenwood head unit, a few nice pocket knives. I haven't pissed off anyone or anyone's Ex's in awhile
