That's not what Florida no-fault means. It means if you're in a wreck your own insurance has to pay medical bills no matter who was at fault.

If she was issued a ticket for the wreck, She (and her insurance company) are at fault and have to pay.

Don't jump to any conclusions here. Check with your insurance agent--I don't think that Florida has quite the no fault coverage that you think it does. In fact, I don't think that it has no fault on property damage at all (just medical). However, Florida has a new law effective this January 1st, so--check with your agent!

I would do nothing until the Jeep is inspected by insurance. The adjustment under the front is very sensitive and a few turns (small movement on the bar) causes the steering wheel to move a lot. Something got bent. I also have a feeling you want to go off roading no matter what. Wait till her insurance company gets word of that! Just have a little patients and let them look at it first.
