Does anyone know why my 07 wrangler beep when I'm approaching a stop. Or slowing down?

is there a message on your dash when it happens? Most likely it says oil change lol. There is a fix for it. Something like push the gas pedal down three times while in the on/but not running and then starting the engine.

EDIT: Here it is

In addition to oil change could be a tpms beep, it's winter and if it's cold enough out they can get janky. If your breaking hard you could see changes in pressure which could cause them to trip. Possibly

is it the normal beep or is it like the nuclear sub warning beep? It may be a zombie alert.
