Default Navigation is Garmin Based?

I heard that the new navigation units in the 2013's are made by Garmin. (or at least Garmin software and UI.) Anyone confirm this? I was going to get the 430N unit with my new one, but don't want to pay $1k for a regular, chrysler unit. Would rather spend the money on a decent aftermarket one. I know a few of you are going to tell me to do so anyway, but I like the simplicity of having built in, nothing on the windshield, and a nice big screen.

430N is Garmin based, 730N is Chrysler Nav using Navteq maps (Garmin's supplier). The 430N interface looks identical to my wife's Nuvi 1390LMT unit.
