I agree. You should cut off all communications with the dealership regarding your sale. You do have a binding bilateral contract with the dealership. Any attempt by them to modify or rescind the contract at this point by claiming mistake would be futile and otherwise barred by the doctrine of laches.

I'm with everyone on this, but then I got to thinking. That loss of money is probably going to hurt them in margins, goals, or whatever; otherwise, why would they call. You might be able to take that to your advantage. So, lets say they want $300 more; offer to give them that in return for $600 in services.

Tell them to call their legal department and " If they contact you again YOU are gonna contact their legal department and file harrassment charges"
Bet you never hear from them again??!!??!!
Once you leave Finance Dept with the KEYS the deal and negotiating are DONE!

They have no legal recourse to require you to pay more. They agreed to a price, signed the contract, and delivered the vehicle to you. If after the fact they decided they gave it to you for less than they should have... tough noogies to them.
If you wanted to try and work with them, I would do as others suggested. Offer to pay the difference, but demand something for the hassle, such as equivalent value in an extended bumper to bumper warranty, some Mopar accessories and upgrades, $600 worth of gasoline or oil changes, etc.
