I recently took my 12 jku to get my clutch replaced, shop stated that they had to drop transfer case to service it. After all the repairs were done got it back. Went to do small trail near my house to test it out. Come to find out my transfer case nob was not where it's suppose to be wich Is 2h. My guess is they did not put it back correctly or they messed with the cable or did not put it back correctly.
