i AM GOING TO BUY SOME FIRESTONE MTS 285 75 16....I HAVE 16" ALLOYS ON A 2007. THE APPROVED RIMS FOR THE TIRES ARE 7.5-9.0 HOWEVER I BELIEVE THE 16'S I HAVE ARE 16x7 ANY CHANE OF GETTING THESE TIRES PUT ON CAN THESE TIRES STILL SAFELY FIT THIS RIM WE'RE TALKING A 1/2 INCH.

 

They will be fine, there are a couple of forum members running that size on stock rims.

 

I've seen and heard the same thing all over the place on here. You should be good to go with the rim/tire size.
