Dude if they are knocking off on the price advertising it you should be able to work more off when sitting at the dealership ready to buy. Personally I would go with the "older" vehicle at the cheaper price. Even if you run into the leak (or other) issues it is still a new vehicle under warrenty and except for a few cases the fixes for the problems have been worked out or are even posted here.

Minor problems with mine - 53000 miles on it. Get the one with the towing pkg. 2008 and above only get 3:73's unless you get a Rubicon. I'm running 34" BFG's on my stock 18" wheels with 4:10's and have no problem towing my trailer at over 70.
