Well first you want to win the lottery because once you start modding, it doesn't stop. :p

I recommend going to Pep Boys or Advanced Auto Parts and ask for their chrome package and flame decals. Basically just walk the aisles and if it is shiny or has flames on it....BUY IT! If something doesn't fit exactly, don't worry about it....a little gorilla glue and double sided tape makes anything stay. Is it a hard-top or soft-top? I don't recommend adding a wing (or a spoiler for you noobs) to the soft-top. When considering wheels, I'm a firm believer in "Go big or go home". 22" or bigger!!! Make sure you get low profile tires to make those dubs POP! Cant afford it? Don't fret, there are a lot of rent-a-centers that rent out wheels! Now this noob's red jeep looks good but needs more chrome and flame decals. Feel free to use this picture as a guide. Take care and good luck noob.

Ok......you have a hard-top. That's great because you can bolt a wing right on the freakin roof!!!!
