Default New jeep!

hey everyone, proud to say I just a got a new 2008 Unlimited Sahara! Black, with dual tops and the mygig. And I am really happy so far! sucks though, i placed the front panels when i took them off in the back seat and i turned sharply and they hit the inside of the door leaving a huge scratch! anyone have any suggestions on what my first few simple mods should be? thanks guys!!

Great looking Sahara. Black is the way to go. Here is an idea for a good first mod: Drilled the side view mirrors!

That's what I did, and, you can still see the glue of the stickers

A can of black touch up paint - and a blanket to wrap them in - when you put them behind the rear seat. Congrats on the new ride. Black is such a great color.

good idea SONIC, I will have to try that. Yes it does seem like it does scratch easy, it just sucked because I had it for less than 30 minutes haha and its a pretty big gouge. I payed 28k for my sahara with dual tops and mygig out the door it was 29500 with taxes. did i get a good deal? thanks guys!! Mike

First mod should be a bag for your freedom panels.

If you move the mirrors you don't need to drill them.

How about some grab handles for the roll bar? Inexpensive and easy to install. My wife and daughter probably get more use out of them then I do.
