I was driving home from school today and passed a few Jeeps and we waved. It made me think if this new Jeep Truck that they are working on (if they even are) will we consider it a JK? Will us wrangler drivers not recognize the Trucks and give them a wave? I mean from what I've seen its a JK with a truck bed. I personally would wave, because its a wrangler in my book.

Just wanted to see what people are thinking, so post your opinions!!!

Easy tiger, did you not get your coffee today? News flash: Jeep owners usually wave when spotted out in the wild. It's sorta a tradition chief....I don't think it's too far fetched to ponder if a jeep truck gets a wave..... My opinion would be NO unless they designate it a "wrangler" truck not an offshoot name. Even then I think your watering down the kool-aid with all these different models.

 

I waved at the jeep dealership today. Waving at more than one jeep is fun.

I had my JK less than a day before I figured it out. Some basic observation skills was all it took. There's a jeep huh, he waved. Oh look there's another jeep, he waved too. Hmm, Jeeps must have a thing. Next Jeep comes and I wave. He waves back. Ok, cool, they definitely have a thing.

So now I wave anytime I see a wrangler. Those who don't wave either don't see others waving, or choose not to wave. Either way, I'm waving. It's a great tradition that I think we should all maintain.

I'll wave, I wave at moded Grand's and Cherokee's as well.

While I do like how the Jeep Truck looks, waving to one would be akin to waving at a Patriot, Liberty, Cherokee, Compass, Commander or the likes. If they initiate the wave, I'll definitely wave back, but unless it gets a "Wrangler" name, I don't see myself waving

 

I think that would make you a modelist or maybe an anti-truckite
