Default New Jeep this weekend!

I'm finally a Jeep owner again! I just purchased a silver X with a manual transmission. Nothing extra. My last Jeep was a 1980 CJ with a built factory 340 V8. I can't wait to start the modifications! Im torn on which lift to use..I'm thinking about the FT 3" Ulimate, the TeraFlex 3" LA or the Rancho 4" LA. I'm worried about the squeak problems that several people have reported with the FT. I'm going to run BF Goodrich Mud terrrains 35's. Any opinions? Im also debating between the LoD and the Shrockworks Front stubby, sliders and rear w/ tire carrier. Im going to replace the front Dana 30 with the Rubicon D44 and add a locker to the rear with 4.88 gears. I was considering the Hemi conversion, but decided that it was out of my budget, so I chose the manual transmission and plan to install the RIPP supercharger instead. I'm ready to start placing orders, so any advice will help. With the exception of regearing and adding the locker, I plan to do all of the work myself.

It's a 2 door. I can't wait to get started. The front axle is holding me up. I'm looking for a D44.

Congrats. You have several vendors on here that have great customer service and offer some good discounts. I definately suggest taking a look at what they carry and give them a call.

I changed course a litttle today. I ordered front and rear Currie D60's with 4.88 gears and ARB lockers. I also ordered the Currie 4" lift, Pro Comp all black alloy wheels and 35' BFG MT KM2s. Front LoD shorty with winch gaurd, LoD sliders and their Gen 2 rear bumper with the tire carrier. I'm hoping that this will change my jeep's attitude a little.

Congratulations Lee!
Sounds like you have it all sorted out. I can actually "hear" the excitement in your voice. Love that you upgraded your mod list without even starting yet!

Seriously, you gotta take before and after pics.

Duffy out.
