Just for sh*ts and giggles I thought i would build a JK on the Jeep website and came accross an option i found interesting.

Black Appearance Package $695

MOPAR Black Fuel Filler Door
MOPAR Black Tail lamp Guards
MOPAR Black Tubular Side Steps

This option features:

Side steps provide a step for the occupants to easily enter and exit the vehicle.

 

So all I need to complete the "Black Appearance Package"
is to have the "MOPAR Black Tubular Side Steps"?

I'm not so sure it's worth the price...

 

Seeing as how you could purchase almost the same exact pieces by Rugged Ridge for less than half the price! Nope.

 

That package has always been offered...it was added to my jeep for free when I bought it

 

It's standard on the Mountain package. Better looking then the chrome appearance group you can get on the Sahara.

 

It's better than the chrome package that I see every once in a while. Black would look great.

 

I agree that it is better than a chrome package but thats not my point, It a flippin ripoff.
