Well, My Mom was driving the JK as Normal, and then she turned on the heat. Then she went to turn the Left Drivers side vent closest to the window. She turned it and the WHOLE vent fell out of the dash!

We are going in today to sort this out, as well as getting the Protection Package stuff done, and then getting the first matinence.
