are you serious? Thousands upon thousands have purchased from them and I'm sure there are complaints but many happy customers as well. Never had an issue with them personally, they do try to price-match to get your business too

I'll keep it short, if you order anything thru them, specially rims, DO NOT sign for them without unwrapping them from the pallet and checking them or you will be screwed

 

I want my parts when I order them. I don't like waiting three weeks and getting a call they are backordered. They should know that when the order is placed. They also don't check your order. Some parts are missing and sometimes extra parts that are useless. Customer service can never find your order even with the tracking number. But on the brightside parts are usually cheaper. Sometimes the brands are wrong

I've bought a few items from them at the store and have been happy with the guys who waited on me and answered my questions. I've never ordered from them but in store service seems very good.
