Default New wheels stock tires

I want to get some new wheels for the JK but i want to keep the original tires that i got with it. In the future, i'd like to upgrade to some 35's once the other ones are finished. The rims i have now are 18's so that would mean i would have to get 18" wheels. Do you guys think it's a good idea to go with 35's later on 18's. or i should wait and get 15" or 16" wheels with 35's? And is it possible to have larger tires than the stock ones on the 18's?

Yes it is fine to run 18in wheels with 18in tires. You won't see any issues. And if your going 35's soon you could run them with 18's but know that tires will be more expensive

18'' tires are ALOT more expensive than a 16'' tire a lot of us on here have more than paid less for tires and wheels in 15'' or 16'' than just tires in 18'' would cost.
