Hello. Just purchased my first wrangler. 2012 jku Sahara. It has 76000 miles, yes I know it's high but my question is what should I expect ie... Maintenance wise, what will start breaking down, and just overall for the vehicle?

Thanks in advance

Welcome! 76k is not high with modern vehicles. Properly cared for, you could get 200-250k out of it. Whenever I buy a used vehicle, I perform a full maintenance so I know where I stand and in case anything was overdue. After that, just follow the proper maintenance schedule. You can download a user manual directly from Jeep at jeep.com to get the maintenance schedule and learn how to use all the features. My wife loves her 2012 jku Sahara Altitude.

Thanks for the response. I read a lot before buying and wasn't to worried about the high miles with it. Specially since it has a lifetime power train warrantee.

The only thing I have noticed and I've asked around and it seems like its a normal thing is there is a slight hesitation when accelerating at a lower speed. Any input on this?

That what happens with drive-by-wire systems. Google drive-by-wire lag for more info but basically when you press the accelerator it talks to the computer which then talks to the engine. Horn is the same way lol.

Ahh ok I looked into that. Makes sense now. I was also reading that it could be a programming issue. Thanks for the info.

Have no personal experience with this, but if that delay bothers you it may be an answer ...

Hey thanks. I saw that on another thread. It's not so much that it bothers me. Just wanted to make sure it's not a transmission issue or anything
