Ordered some Spidertrax spacers back in February. Got the confirmation e-mail, etc.

Time goes on, I figure they were being shipped when they could, etc.. no big deal, I'm a patient person.

Time still goes on, still nothing, so I sent a couple of e-mails to Northridge. Never got a reply. (Turns out my work email must have filtered them out)

So today I called. Spoke to a David Johnson. Nice guy.. real quick on when it was delivered and who signed it. Name was unfamiliar.. panic set it.

He gave me the tracking number as well.. told me it was delivered on March 5th.

FIFTH! More panic.

He asks me if I lived in an apartment complex.. yes I do.. bingo.

Called the office.. they have had my package there since the 5th and never bothered to call me or leave a note anywhere.



Anyways, as of today I am the proud owner of 4 new Spidertrax spacers that would have otherwise been promptly delivered into my hands had my front office let me know they were tripping over the box for the last two weeks.
