David, you have done it again.
I just recieved my xhd front bumper and other parts. I don't understand how you could sell it to me so cheaply and ship it to me so quickly for free and still stay in business; probably why I am a soldier and not an economist.

Just wanted to publicly say thanks for being a modern day example of how american inginuity and customer service will win out in any economy; bear or bull.

when i bought my superior shafts right after i ordered them within 2 mins he called my house. HE informed me they are on back order and offered to credit me back if i needed to order them imediatly somewhere else. i didnt need to, but this service if par none. i will always order from david

I have said this before but don't mind saying it again, David is a standup guy!. I needed a part for a trail run the next weekend so I gave David a call. David told me that he was out on the parts and that they woundn't arrive till later the next week. I did have to order the parts this time from another vendor but you can bet I didn't forget his honesty. This is the kind of customer service you just don't find anywhere else. I have his stickers on my windows on both sides of my JK. I pass out his cards when people ask me about my Jeep. I will continue to order parts from Northridge4x4 because of David and his customer service thinking.

Just wanted to say thanks as well. I got my JKS Adj Trackbar superfast and at a great price. Thanks and rest assured when I save up enough for that Superchip Flashpack you will getting the call.

David is the perfect example of the perfect business strategy : Treat your customers right, under promise and over deliver. I worked at a similar online business in the dirtbike world and learned that there is no point in telling someone something that isn't true just to make a sale, because you will lose their business in the future. You are the perfect example - he may have missed out on a sale at that moment, but you were impressed and do plan on ordering from him in the future.
