shredx is absolutely correct. Also you said it yourself- something happening....an incident (act of god)tree falling , which is comprehensive loss, rollover- which is collision (contacted the ground). Breaking an axle or any other component while wheeling absent a collision or immersion or act of god WOULD IN ALL LIKELYHOOD NOT BE COVERED....Your agent has nothing to say about writing a claim unless it's glass breakage.

What if my Jeep "accidentaly" falls off of a 100 foot cliff and I "amazingly" made it out before the "fall"?

that would be a collision claim, if legitimate. Insurance fraud is extremely serious business, don't get mixed up in THAT.....

Story ends like this...

I nuked both my axles (shafts, diff, housing) while high centered and locked. Not exactly sure how I did so much damage. Made a claim with traveler's and they covered it.

So, good job travelers.

I would honestly think that when they write polocies on a car, they take into account the driver and car, in this case Jeep. I would think they know about the potential for the "risks" associated with this type of vehicle. I would imagine that it would cost more to insure a Jeep than say a Honda Accord?!
