Default Offroadtoystore.com

Anyone have any experience with these guys:

http://www.offroadtoystore.com

I ordered a couple of locknuts from them 6 weeks ago. Made two phone calls in the last three weeks and was told that the parts get dropped shipped from ARB. So I called ARB and they said they had plenty in stock. Called OffRoad back and again, they said they'd look into it and email me. No email.

WTF?

Quite some time ago I ordered my Procomp 7289 wheels from them.
I placed my order @ 11:00 AM and the next morning I had 5 wheels
delivered by UPS (no tax/free shipping). I have orderded a few other
items from them and always received them promptly. I don't think they
are a place that has any physical inventory as everthing I've got has
been dropped shipped from somewhere. In their URL it says "merchant2/merchant"
so I think they only exist in the ether. Bottom line...no problems 4 me.

Just looked at their site and found this...
"
(Tech, Sales, & Order Status)
Yahoo Instant Messenger: "offroadtoystore"
AOL Instant Messenger: "OTSSales1"
"
See if you can reach them that way.

Merchant2/merchant in their url means they are using the Miva Merchant Shopping Cart software version 2.
