Hey- I noticed you are looking into different lifts.
Are you going to do it yourself?
... Currently My Jeep is somewhat out of commission ... My lift needs some adjustments. Apparently the shop that installed my lift assigned a rookie to my Jeep.
…My poor baby…It is making lots clunks and sad noises.
Frustrating- but I have faith that they will make things right.
Steve at Full Traction told me to take it easy on the mileage until his people can take a peak & fix what some Yahoo messed up.
I am waiting to hear back from him to schedule – We spoke a bit earlier.
Full Traction has Good customer service... they personally will come into the shop to fix the booboos.
Hopefully too, they give those boys at 4 Wheel Drive parts a little lesson in quality control.

Where you are is a heck of a lot closer to actual makers and testers of the suspensions etc. .. But to some poor shop worker/mechanic.. All he wants is to get your stuff out of there..
I wouldn't think they would do THAT many that they couldn't keep up with what's supposed to be going on..
Probably NOT TRAINED ON THE NEW JK..!!

- They kept the damn thing For a MONTH!!!!!!!!! told me they were waiting on the part that made it an Ultimate... It was rediculous I thought.
