Hey guys I just wanted to inform you of my expernces
I purchased the RR Light bar from ok4wd in january and i received it very fast and was inpressed with that.
But as soon as i noticed that i had a problem with the product i recieved (Dent in it) i received POOR SERVICE. its been almost 3 weeks and not even an answer from them. I sitting here waiting for a simple answer, send th product back or give me a discount on received product. This should take a day or two to figure out! So what im saying is DON'T BUY FROM THEM if you expect to get an decent service. I will never again buy from ok4wd again.

I would only deal with them locally to have work done. I think quadratec and 4wd are the best.

Any way OK4wd made it work. They gave me a credit of 10-15% off the light bar and a shirt. I just wish i didnt have to wait this long to get that answer, but they made good so i would buy again from them.

They are local to me, I had a good experience with them getting my KM2's installed.

They quoted me 2400 installed for gears. They seem like a bunch of legal thieves to me.

I know that each region has different "costs" and "wants/needs", but the fact that over on the west coast, EVO MFG offers your choice of gears, INSTALLED for $999.99 compared to the nearly DOUBLED price OK4WD wanted for my gears proves that they are a rip off. They have the "glitz & glamour" for all the people who don't know what they are getting into and don't shop around...hence a shop near me, and also one a little south can do it for $400-500 cheaper.

Steer clear of them... too much mark-up on the same shit we all can get. ok, i'm done....hahaha
