Default Omix-Ada & Rugged Ridge Customer Service

I just want to throw some kudos out to Rugged Ridge and Omix-Ada. These guys are rockstars. I've had my rear bumper and tire carrier on the Jeep for over two years (one year it sat in the garage while I was deployed), but the latch system fell apart and started swinging open on highways!

Anyways, I contacted them and asked if anything could be done - or order new parts. I was QUICKLY told they would send me replacement parts and ship them for free. ALSO was told they'd help me out with setting up the tire carrier to prevent the same problem again (I think I had the rubber tire bumpstops too tight).

Awesome customer service - and I'm absolutely shocked I didn't even have to pay shipping. Say what you want about the quality of their products, but if they'll stand by the quality like this, I'll be buying Rugged Ridge products for as long as they're in business.

Just thought y'all should know.

OUT!

Hey, at least they responded to you. I've emailed them twice and posted here about issues with my new snorkel and they haven't replied (and it's going on a month).

I have to agree that I like these guys too. Conversed with them a few times before ordering their alloy usa gears and overhaul kits, was very pleased with them!
