Would you rather buy a stock JK an build yourself or buy a rig someone has built an hope its what your gonna want

Buy it stock and build it the way you want it. You never know what your getting when you buy someone's else's stuff.

You thinking about buying a new JK?

I would rather start from scratch unless I knew the builder and the history of the rig. Budget $$$ can have a lot to influence a decision like that too.
