It's gotta be a typo. Not the first time that happened.
Look at the brochure. Compare side-by-side. Both give the dimensions I posted before (73.7/73.9). I'm guessing it's the bow on the rock rails as glwood6 suggested.

Given they carry the same P/N in:
Front Axle
Rear Axle
Front Bumper
Rear Bumper
Fenders
Hood
Tailgate
and just about everything else that would matter to width,
Yup - same width except for the 0.2-inch difference. Not so sure that's because of the rock rails since they are recessed relative to the fenders.
