So I have had the P0440 code up for a while. I have checked hoses, the physical case, replaced the gas cap, and seen nothing wrong. I washed out the white box, and it shut it off for a while. It has been semi intermittent, but it now constant. Putting on a new gas cap shut it off, cleaning the white box shut it off - but both only for a while.

Any next ideas?
