Pinebarrens killed my horn?
ok, went to play in alittle water, mud and lots o sand today. I get home and i have no horn? What the hell? It sounds like it wants to work but you have to strain to hear it. Plus the engine has mud all over it do i powerwash that badboy?

Ah! The old "horn full of mud" syndrome! Used to get it all the time with my YJ. Hasn't happened yet with my JK - the horn is pretty well protected. You must have been through a lot of fun stuff!
I'm not a big fan of power washing under the hood. Too much stuff that can get knocked off, water into, or otherwise broke. Low pressure washing is much better IMO.

If you go to a car wash, use the lower pressure setting. If you are at home, use a garden hose and nozzle. I have a gas-powered pressure washer that is great for knocking off mud from the bumpers and such, but wouldn't put it anywhere near the engine compartment. Maybe I'm old school, but back in the day I'd even put baggies over the distributor and other electronics before I'd use even a low-pressure wash. Once everything is good and soaked, you might find the Jeep won't start!
The price we pay for having fun, eh?

Just unsrew the horn at the bracket and dump the water/mud out. It will be back to normal after a good cleaning. No need to buy a replacement...unless you're looking to upgrade to something different.
