Planning a trip... to where?
So I'd like to go on a trip next year. I'd like to do some sightseeing, and moderate offroading -no metal mashing (I do gotta drive home), just nice trails the type that non-jeeps wouldn't tread
I've done moab a few times, (love it!) and Estes Park CO. Are there any other areas / national park type places that are equal? I'm sorry I know this is a stupid question but I figure if any guys would know, this would be the place.
thanks

Southwest Colorado. Alpine Loop, Imogene Pass, Hurricane Pass, and on and on and on. Fun trails, great sites and cool towns. Don't miss pizza at Brown Dog Pizza in Telluride (order the 313 DETROIT 4 SQUARE, you will not be disappointed!), Hit Steamworks Brewery in Durango for great food and exceptional beer. Ride the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, it is a blast. Pass through Santa Fe, NM and stay in LaFonda On The Plaza, great hotel. Music Festivals abound in CO in the summer. We hit Jaz-Aspen this past Labor Day and saw And Grammar, Duran Duran, Train, and Stevie Wonder. There are some good trails around Aspen too but our favorites are in the SW corner of the state.
Now I need to start planning my trip for next summer!
