Default Plasti dip!

I have a couple cans to line the inside of my hardtop to get rid of the white.
Just waiting for good weather now so I can take the top off and leave it off for a while.

But I was wondering, how durable is the stuff?
It is suppose to be easy to remove, does that mean it will eventually peel of by itself?
I'm kinda double thinking it.

Has anyone used this, and if so how long does it last?

Thanks in advance!

Everything you see black besides the hard top fenders and bumpers is all plasti dip. It's great stuff, I would recommend it. Prep and light multiple coats is key. Just wash, wipe down with rubbing alcohol and spray lightly, 4-5 coats.

As for peeling off, it comes off like a rubber glove. More coats= easier to peel off. And no it shouldn't come off on its own. Search the forum, great info.

Thanks! I would say 4 you should be fine. Only thing I dont know how it works is when you turn the hard top latches because it's more than likely going to peel it, unless you leave that part white? Not sure. Good luck and post some pictures when your done.
