Default Please explain...

Unless it's already been posted, can someone explain exactly how the 2.5" BB ..or any boost for that matters works. I saw a lot of people talking about how axles will be off centered some if you have stock tires....

I'm sure to some it's a dumb question, but I'm trying to learn.

TIA

It works by placeing a polly spacer on top of the coil. If you do not hav an ajustable track bar it might offcenter your axle but not much.

The off centering is caused by the track bar being at more of an angle as one side is attached to the frame, the other the axel, so when you lift it the actual distance should be greater than what the stock track bar gives you. For mine, the front is still good and the back is off a little, but does not affect the drivability.

You can see in this picture how the axle is pulled off center when the Jeep is raised.
