can anyone with this on there jeep do me a huge favor i bought my jeep used and the previous owner had put that dumb hood thing on it too make it look like a hummer so i decided too rip it off unaware it was hiding a dent in the hood its nothing terrible but it annoys me and instead of getting it straightened out ide rather put the louver on but i need to know if the dent will even be covered so could someone messier for me from the front edge of the louver the the front of the hood thanks guys

 

On mine the louver starts 4-3/4" back from the front edge of the hood.

 

Maybe this will help. This was the first cuts before grinding down more and making look nice
