Ok guys post your mileage and some quick comments on your JK. Any reliability issues? :yup:

25800 miles.. the electric sway bar disconnect has been repaired, replaced, and likes to act up on me. otherwise, i have the same issues as everyone else, hard top leak, had to fix myself, software updates, etc etc, but i wouldn't trade it for the world

1200 just great so far!!!:yup:

7,800 miles, no problems at all. Except for what I create when I'm wheelin!

21000ish miles since Sept 2006..just the usual recalls and TSB's no real issues "yet".

I had just shy of 10,000 on my 07 2 door X and it had the roof leak, more rattles then I knew what to do with, clutch sqeek and rear main sill leaking when I traded it for my 08 Sahara Unlimited. As of right now I am coming up on 3,000 miles on the Sahara have the rattles and roof look. I can deal with all the small problems, but if it developes the same engine and tranny problems as the last, I might be forced to hang up the Jeep brand for good.

Just hit 12,000 Miles today.

Had my clutch replaced this week with just shy of 12k on it for that damn annoying squeek. Drives a LOT better now.

Other than that, no mechanical issues.

I hope this Jeep brings you some good luck. I havn't had any leaks or rattleing issues so far. I did notice one of my hinges has a stone chip and the paint on the side of the jeep has the texture of an orange but so far so good. I only have 1000 miles on it.
You know for $30,000 you would think the jeep would be void of all these little issues. I hate when owners brush it off as a "Jeep thing".
When the Jeep engineers noticed these issues they were all probably ignored because it could be passed off as a “Jeep thing” by the consumers. Do you think BMW, Toyota or Honda consumers think that way? We have to shed this immature redneck attitude toward this vehicle. Expect $30,000 worth of excellence. Not rattles, squeaks, leaks, chips and wobbles.
Get it! Or are we all dealing with a “retard thing” for purchasing this North American icon.

08 Sahara Unlimited, bought 10/2/07

10,800 miles to date.

roof leak with both hard, and soft tops. had the hard top leak fixed successfully. not oing to bring it in for the soft top leak, its very minor and only in a driving rain.

other than that and a software update for the snap crackle pop mygig, the JK has been awesome to me.

I traded in an 05 Acura TSX which I never had a problem with, for my JK.
And I am so glad I did, 0 regrets, I actually enjoy the JK. It is a fun vehicle.

17500 No dealer service at all. Never had any of the recalls done, top never leaked, and all broken parts were because of driver error.

I love My Rubi although it should hate me.

3500miles (5500km). Only rant

1) B pillar leak on the hardtop fixed with new seal
2) Tail gate adjustment for rattle
3) Driver's Door clunk....adjustment

4) Rear seat flaw...stitching come undone, waiting for dealer to replace seat.

These are minor, as I am ANAL... been extremely happy with JK!

3600miles or 5800km.

-Had a few sqeaks in the interior. After a week or two they stopped.
-The engine light came on at 1600km for about two hours. Went away on its own
-I have a clunk somewhere when going over bumps.

Nothing major and that makes me happy, I am two hours from the nearest stealership.

Love this thing and hevent regreted it for a second.

10, 000 miles and doing great......:yup:

1) At around 9000, dealership replaced the therostat. It kept getting stuck causing some issues with the coolant fan.

2) At around 10000, Recall on the brake system. Just needed a computer flash.

Other than that, We're happy campers.:yup:

Ocassional A pillar leak with soft top and Front center panel leak with hard top, But does not happen often, so we can live with it.

No other problems, we love it!

Zero problems. Have had it in mud, gravel, snow, ice, deep water (splashing over hood but do not recommend) and banged it around some rough trails a few times.

My wife and I just got back from a camping trip and actually slept in the back during some pretty heavy rain.

No leaks, no squeaks, no creaks.

12400 ..... front end cunk (repaired) , Door rattle.. (repaired)... Tailgate power lock stopped working (repaired), factory radio static (never repaired but replaced by nav), rear dif leak(resealed) , rear tailgate window leaked (fist repair attempt failed new seals on oreder) esp bas light comin on for last couple of days... And thats all i can say bout that...... :crazyeyes:

I hope the dealer told you that it was the grill mod that caused all of these issues..

Its pretty obvious to me anyway :D

Just got it back from the dealer because my radiator fan went out, but that may have been from the constant mud on it, or me driving through the lake...:D

Other than that, just peachy....

Edit: I also had that brake recall thingy...

Just turned 6,000 today since May 2007. So far, so good.

i have 6,087 miles and have it since April 2007. Not a problem, only have the TSB for clutch done.

no problems for me. Although I will be replacing the full traction sway bar disconnects. They clunk when turning corners.

Cant blame that on the Jeep though, wouldn't trade it for nothin :yup:

I just hit 2900 this weekend. The only problems so far was the radio pop (TSB fixed it) and the threads on steering wheel cover are unraveling. I had my first oil change this past Friday and the dealer said they will order a new cover for the wheel. I find it hard to believe someone is going to lace it up.

A little over 4,100. Bought 01/2008. Just came back from a wheeling trip in Mass. Tore the fender flare half off. Driven only on weekends mainly. Road trips. NO PROBLEMS. Only one rattle on my driver door area that I need to find, about it.

I have 1500 miles, I have love this vehicle and would buy another one. The only problem I have is the soft top leaking in driving rain, but I think i got that fixed.

About 12K on the clock....getting close to 18 mpg, but could probably squeeze out a little more if I was more sensitive to the revs......problem-free so far, with the exception of a driver-seat squeak that is intermittent and does not want to go away.....it is sneaky, too: goes away when the dealer has the vehicle! Go figure.....

13,000 miles, replaced the top due to it not sitting properly on the windshield frame.

Turned 15K last week. Had it in for the brake flash recall but nothing else.

Just over 12,000 miles after 12 months. Just regular maintenance. Would do it all over again.

15,700 miles since 7/6/07. The only time it has been back to the dealer was to pick up a replacement drivers side mirror that I broke on the trail.

8005 miles and no problems after about 10 months.:driving:

24,000 in 14 months. Sterring stabilzer replaced due to failure. 1011 K electrical gremlin finally killed the Jk and they did something and got it back with a "ground Issue" . Funny thin gis it still ran and all that failed was the electronic dash components. Was like a big x-mas tree with no speedo.

just went over 4500 i'm on 4509 and have had no problems since we got it in last july, had the recall checked out and am goin for the first oil change sooner or later

542 miles and already a bad wiper switch, leaky top and a horribly annoying rattle, like something is loose behind me, when I go over any bump :sad2:

Just hit 1100 on a Feb. 27 2008 purchase. Had my Unlimited X in for freedom roof leak repair and it seems to be holding. Lots of highway driving and I have hit 20.5 mpg, averaging 20 mpg. Better than my 01 Wrangler Sport. Lovin my JK.

Purchased new with less than 60km Dec. 30 2006. As of today I have 17,700km or aprox 11,000 miles.
